@lauraabond @juana24 If you lost any purchased items, please email Player Support to get all lost purchases restored. You can email them directly from the game through the Settings up to the right and then from the Help Center.
@madmadmad Looks like you got an auto reply by mistake. Did you choose 'Game didn't save' as the subtopic? Please reply to the auto reply email and let them know that you still need help to restore the levels and your game.
Or did I misunderstand your issue? That you are on the last available level? Please note that level 10 520 is the last level in the game! More levels coming tomorrow.
@Nina_La Try with clearing the cache and cookies on your browser. If that doesn't help. Then please email our Player Support so they can check why your levels are not showing up. Remember to enter the exact same email in the form that you use for your login on Facebook.
