@curry007 @dtierno1717 @Sally_Kay_Tee If you lost any purchased items, please email Player Support to get all lost purchases restored. You can email them directly from the game through the Settings up to the right and then from the Help Center.

@madmadmad @Shaike If you are still experiencing issues and restarting the app and device and reconnecting to your account doesn't help. Then please email our Player Support so they can check why your levels are not showing up. Email them directly from the game through the Settings up to the right and then from the Help Center. Remember to choose 'Game didn't save' as the subtopic.
