Hi there, I've run into a similar problem in the past. I was able to fix it by switching to a different browser, actually. Hope this works for you!

Crazy Cat Lad has given the best answer so far regarding king.com not loading, so thank you. I contacted support directly and although they gave me the exact same suggestions we have been trying for days, I went through the steps yet again and clearing the cache mysteriously worked this time!! Back up and crushing :)

Are you on a Windows PC? I had a similar issue and changing to a different browser fixed it one time.
