I'm trying to log into king.com. I have tried to recover my password via email to no avail. I'm using Safari on macOS 11.6. My King User Name is Eustacia Vye. Please help!
It's important to link your accounts to a King account (email account) so you have one universal account for all platforms :)
Yes, the issue was fixed this morning. Yesterday, the king.com website showed the logo and no content across multiple computers and browsers. This morning, the king.com website showed the expected content across multiple computers and browsers.
Is there an explanation about what the problem with the king.com website was? Or why it took more than 2 weeks to fix?
EDIT -- I may have spoke too soon. I reverted back to level 1 when logged in to king.com. I am still on my usual level when I play via Bluestacks (android phone emulator) on the same email-password. I'll try again later in the week.

i was able to log on but level 1 is being displayed. i logged off and on and still level one.
i logged off and on a few times and was able to access my former level progress and boosters. Lost out on nearly two weeks of daily boosters.
Is there no explanation for the delay in access?
Thank you for your suggestions. I was able to solve my problem by using Firefox instead of Safari.
