Ok! I was experience this kind of issue.
Yes, here it spinningen. No connection.
I have WiFi, very good one, change to 4G. Nothing helped.
Went back, touch the screen at right sight to the left I came back without the option to rewards or able to use goldbars.
Then, suddenly could the Google play app start and I came to "Games ".
Try to go back again by same touch but still veiw of G play.🤔
Find out that it had trigger the app to start separate not just in the CCS I had separate app now with GPlay. And it was like looping the symbol of play, then the game veiw withe the Games in G Play.
I had to cloos separate Google Play, Go to C CS and then, without rewards, go back to CCS and play a new game.
Then it repeted like this over and over again in weeks and I felt like that the game in the veiw for the ad in Google play was making this happen, like a bug.
🤔why! What to do?😏
I cloosed CCS, went in to GPlay and here was the game agan.😳 I changed in the bottom to App, see picture...
And Yes, the game AD under game is gone and it has not now in 24 hour had problem. And before it was for weeks, very often.
My analys...could it be that a AD in CCS refer to a game in Google play and here is just speculation, make it to pop up Google play separate app and then like made a link to open and hijacked Kings CCS?
Is it open sours in King or is it for CCS in Samsung and Google play together that make this 🤪 fenomen!

I can not just give up when those kind of things happen....I have been thinking...and today I have a chat with, can I wrote a namn of my phone?, Samsung. 🤔
We had a good chat and so far, they new that Google itself know this issue and my strong belife is that it is a kind of spyware in a add that cause this hang up and also loop Google play.
My solutions now:
Emty cache in CCS, Google play and Google play Services. Also emty data from both Google apps.
This has a known solution as I can see.
Also after doing this, I have now totaly different adds in my CCS....😃no crasch yet.
