I have updated the game, deleted it, reinstalled it, everything, but I still get the server error message to open the chocolate box.
Version 188.8.131.52 just downloaded from Android store ... Still gives the error... This is pathetic...

Just updated the app to the newest version!
Cleared cache, logged out of the game, restarted my phone, then logged in again, but the problem still there!!!
The box doesn't work!
My chocolate box still isn’t working. Candy crush posted that a new update would fix the problem, however, I never got a new update. I restarted my phone and I constantly check for game updates. But still nothing!!! I’m so frustrated!
I have had the same problem for a few weeks now. Choclate box doesn't connect to server.

It is a mess that this thing has not been fixed after two months. I am also miffed that there is no reply to any comment asking for compensation for people who paid to progress in the game and missed out on collecting the box. Anyway.
@Diamond Lim I'm not able to get into the chocolate box..it has something to do with the server..I Uninstalled the game..installed it back but its still saying the same on Candy Crush
