Fantastic Fives is flashing claim reward and when I click it I get “oops your time has expired”. Why does this happen? How long do I have to claim it I log in daily? Seems like crush is having some issues with this and the ever disappearing candy box. Getting very frustrating….
I wish I could answer this question for you Terri as it is an issue that crops up every now and again, but no one seems to be able to answer the question with any authority/clarity/
The only time limit I know of in Fantastic Five is the seven days in which you have to collect your 7000 points. I know from personal experience that if you fail to collect 7000 points in seven days all that happens is that you have to start collecting again. In my case, being in a random team, that means starting with a new team as well. I do not know what happens when if you are part of a Public/Private team and you fail to collect 7000 points in seven days.
My opinion is that if your team collects 7000 points, but you don't claim those points within seven days of the event starting then you lose those rewards. That is just a guess on my part though.
Other people have complained of something similar to your issue, but I have yet to see a meaningful explanation.
