I unfortunately bought something by mistake and all of my ads for free boosters/moves disappeared permanently. It isn’t much to do with random ‘test’ groups… if you make a purchase they take the more helpful free boosters away from your game in an effort to make you buy more and it’s nearly impossible to complete some levels without them. All a bit of a con that ruins the game unfortunately, poor show from King

Your ads have ruined my day!
I gave my mom a new iPhone and she doesn't want it because of your stupid ads are not available on her new phone.
same username, same everything, everything restored from iCloud, but she can no longer watch an ad for free points or what ever. You have ruined my day with your dumb decisions.
Ads should be a thing by default for everyone like every other app out there.
Its not about the money to buy points, she will not allow me to spend money on your games.
Enable the ads by default for everyone!

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
