    I don't have a video reward any more also the airbalon reward also more than year the sweet cinema reward can you help me please. I will appreciate if you can help me so I can continue to play the game. Im on the age of leave the game behinde me.

    Hello Nisi, yes a lot of people are experiencing their game shutting down due to trying watch adverts. It is an issue that has been previously reported and that is over a year old now. In my experience the issue comes and goes, so you can continue to watch adverts just don't expect them to work every time.

    Hello Valentina, Sweet Cinema has just recently had a face lift. If you haven't seen this yet try clearing your cache and signing out of your game.

    My air balloon has also disappeared, so I would take this as a sign that the feature has been removed from our games.

    Similar to Sweet Cinema if you find that your advert features have stopped working then try clearing your cache and signing out of your game. Once you are signed out restart your device, and sign back into your game.

    I too have lost the adds when I decided to support the developers and make a purchase. The adds were never intrusive and you always had a choice. At the beginning of each round, you could watch a 5-30 second add to get a free power up. If you lose a round, you had the choice to watch up to 3 adds to get up to 5 more moves. That option no longer exists. It would be nice to allow the paying customer a choice with the adds. I am att level 483 in the game and would hate to start over, but that might be what I will do once I have depleted all my paid powerups. I have to create a new account though with a new email since I believe that is the only way to start over.

    And using a device that hasn't been used on the game before (or a formatted one) would be helpful for starting over, since all devices used for the game are tagged...
