How can I stop game from crashing and getting g back the lives i had

My game has been continuously crashing g. Every single gle time I watch an ad for extra life or booster. This last time it crashed, I lost well over 600 lives and all of my boosters. I worked so hard at getting to the progress I was once was before it crashed. Im so frustrated with it!!!

Hi there, it seems a number of people experience crashing from ads. You can try signing in and out of your account. A crashed game shouldn't delete your boosters, however. Did you delete and reinstall your app? That would cause your boosters to be deleted.
