First of all I know the extra life options is not available all of the time. However all it does is spin. Like it's loading but it never does. I can't get to the store to look at the gold to buy gold to use gold nothing. Just spins. Clearly it's a connection issue because it keeps saying it's connecting but yet it never does. I have gotten within one move on multiple levels multiple times and had to quit because I couldn't get an extra move by watching an ad. I have logged out I have logged in I've rebooted my phone not sure what else I can do on my end. Please help
HI - Not sure how to reply.. but no log in is not the problem. I have a screenshot if needed. I am talking about if I want to buy a tier in season pass- cant connect to store. If don't pass a level, it gives option of buying more turns or watching ads for additional turns, that just spins never connects etc.
There may be a connection problem with your game app, meaning that your game app is not fully connected to the server, so you are experiencing this problem.
However, you can try to find the solution by following the steps below.
Check app update - Log out game - Clear cache data (for an android device)- Restart device - Open game and Log in.

Connecting to Store is that now daily issue। Cause now I am planning stage 156 but till now today the game not connecting the store a single day। What happened why don't know, vary your steps for following the rules but till now same problem is happening। 4 times complaint but no results।
Is ther any other way to solve that problem ?
