We are experiencing a temporary connection issue which is affecting Candy Crush Saga and many other of our games at the moment.

This issue may give various connection errors with events, purchases, video ads or connecting to your game account (Facebook and King account).

We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

If you made a purchase and didn't receive your purchase because of this connection issue, you should receive the items automatically when the incident is over.

    This issue is now fixed and all games are connecting and working as they should!

    Playing Candy Crush Saga on iPad Mini (iPadOS 15) and experienced issues, cannot connect to server. The gold bar button keeps loading.

    I was taking part in Fast Race. I had already finished lvl 1520 at 22:03 HKT, and haven't receive any gold bars from Fast Race.

    Please fix the issue ASAP

    You made me lose 131 wins in a row now I have to start all over again I am very disappointed. My streak is dead now. And on top of that I kept hitting use gold bars you better not have been subtracting them from me

    Again I lost my streak. The connection comes and goes. You owe me another 10 gold bars that's 20 that you owe me for cheating me
