Changing the appearance of the frog because of trypophobia

I'm at level 631 and I've had the frog in the game for a long time and there are times when the frog appears with little dots on its back and whenever that happens my trypophobia is activated.
I love the game but it's horrible when that happens
I get dizzy, my breathing quickens, I feel sick overall. even if you see the frog for a few seconds.
I know it could be new info but it's weird but it's real. every time that frog appears I get sick
I hope you could something about that.

What do you want to say with your idea? Could you please explain it in more detail? because the players should be able to vote, but as it is written they cannot be marked. The frog is useful.
