Hi*,
Since one week I am missing my already reached levels. It took me year to get to Level 52xx (5thousand something) but a few days ago I was „set“ to the starting point again somehow. I dont know what happened here! All my boosters are gone too. I signed out and in again, but my Avatar still stucks at the earliest levels. Higher levels up to 950 are visible and free to play but after solving one, my avatar is back at the beginning.
Please help me to get back on track at level 5k and all of my boosters.

Please email Player Support directly from the game on mobile.
First make sure the game is connected to Facebook or a King account so the game can be restored on an account.
Then go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

First let me say I will try and get you back to your correct level in your game....do you remember the level ?
If not that's ok, as I believe you just need to close out your game, clear your cache and make sure you have enough memory as you need atleast 2 GB, then restart your game, after that try entering your email address and password as this is how your game remembers you and you restores you back to your correct level of your game my friend.....
If this doesn't work try replaying a level then close out your game and restart it over and see if it starts you back to your level......if this doesn't work then I suggest you message me back here and I will contact you a CM to help you with your issues my Community friend as I hope this helps you out my friend 😉💯
