Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

Will it take a long time? I posted a screenshot nearly a week ago, but I can't see it yet. May it depend on the sort of account I use? I mean, Facebook or King account? Thanks in advance
Can you please help me to see the band "7000" on my photo profile of my playing board! I received my badge but it's useless if nobody can see it! I'd like to have few, straight, clear instructions to follow. I've written thousands times... I hope this will be the lucky one.

I have a different problem, but your issue definitely sounds like a bug!
My issue is that I have different banners on different devices, i.e., 3000 on my iPad, and 4000 on my iPhone.

My milestone challenge is not working properly. I won the challenge twice! 40 gold bars later and it is still there saying that the last challenge has to be completed!
I thought if I completed the last challenge a second time it would disappear but no luck. 😅

Thank you for replying back. I think many levels are very hard and if we've played this long to get to 1000, 2000 on up they should give them to all of us. It's like a badge of honor for doing so well😊
@Gamababa4, @prince_bk is right and some people receive a feature called the Milestone Challenge after they have completed a milestone level.
Hitting level 4000 is a milestone, but King has decided that instead of just providing the banner automatically a player has to complete a number of hard levels in order to claim a banner for completing the milestone.
That said some people get the banner automatically added to their avatar, but sometimes it doesn't appear until you have completed a lot more levels.
Yet more people, me included, never get a banner.

I don’t see a banner on my profile pic on Candy Crush for reaching level 4000. It says I got a badge. Don’t see it though. Help

You need to complete an event to get the Milestone Badge in your game Avatar, and the event will automatically appear in your game once a Milestone is reached.

Hi, yesterday I finally passed level 4000 and was excited to finally earn my first banner. As of today I still haven't received it. I also logged off & back on. It is checked on to get it. Is there something else I need to do?
U have to complete milestone challange . It's available for only 7d from the time of reaching a milestone. IT'S NOT AVAILABLE FOR SOME DEVICES(for me too...)
Thanks for replying. I thought hitting 4000 was a Milestone. I play on my Android ph. I've seem others with their banners that's why I questioned it. They should make it available for all devices if we'd earned it.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
