    I'm about ready to stop playing this game... I purchased a package back on the 15th and as soon as it went thru, I have not been able to use my gold bars.... don't understand why it is taking so long to fix...If and when it gets resolved I hope they give us credits in forms of gold bars and boosters... not our fault... especially for the amount of time we have had to endure using what we paid for.... :-(

    I'm having to refresh the page at least 7 times before the game will load. Keeps coming up with an error and they are working hard to fix it. Not the purchasing issue.......it's the game.

    I have no problem with game loading... it started when I made a purchase, first with an error message saying they were working on it... I can NOT use my gold bars nor any follow up purchases... never done this before.. Purchasing IS an issue that has already been shown in support comments

    Hi, everyone 😊 i think mostly people are frustrated about this problem but i hope after resolving issues its more advance and secure game ever And also big thigs take times to achieve another milestone 😊👍❤️✅

    Hi dear @jimoppelt there is an mojor issue of games lover but stay in because this issue may be bacause of hacking game for some extra gold bars 🙂 or cheating of peoples cause destroyed the games funs but after resolving issue i hope its mych better And more secure game stay connected keep smiling 😊

    Will I ever be able to play Candy Crush on my Ipad again and be able to connect to the App Store? I can play on my iphone, but my eyes can’t handle that tiny screen. 😃
