OMG Jose! Yes, I just tried and I was able to click and drag. Never had to before. Thank you so much!

I GOT IT!!! You have to click and drag now. You used to click 1 candy and then click second candy to swap them. NOW you click and drag to 2nd candy and it will swap them. Sheesh. would have been nice if they had informed us of the change or at least answered one of us but at least now I can play again

I have been using Candy Crush Saga on Facebook for some time. Now I am able to pull the game up and click on everything except the candies when I tried to open a level. Is there something going on that we have not been made aware of?

Thank you for the feedback ,If the steps HERE doesn't help, please play via the Windows app instead until the game is working for you again.
You can download the Windows app from HERE if you have a Windows PC, when opening the game, connect it to your Facebook to sync all levels.

All my special candies (e.g. stripes, coconut wheel) will not swap with each other. Ideas?

Hello are you playing on Facebook? It seems many players are having problems with that platform.

It seems a lot of people are having issues on Facebook right now. I'm sure it will be fixed soon, but you may want to play the app from the App Store instead for now :)
