❌ Candy Crush Saga not available on Facebook (fixed)

We're currently experiencing an issue and Candy Crush Saga is not available on Facebook.
The game may not load or you may only see an error message when trying to open the game.
This may also cause connection issues to your Facebook account when playing on mobile devices or via the Windows app.
The developers are working on a fix, and the game should be back on track soon.
We’ll keep you updated here on the thread on any news and updates on this.

To solve this problem you need to contact Facebook Support directly, this error is caused by a configuration issue in your Facebook Developer Application. This means your Facebook app is not live.
I'll guide you to contact Facebook Support.
Log into your Facebook account and select "help & support", then click on "report a problem" and "something went wrong", at this point, select as topic "Login".
At this point, copy the error message that appears (the one you wrote above) and finally click submit.

My progress hasn’t been saved for about 100 levels and I had no idea. I tried to log in on my phone and iPad and both give the same error message. I did change my password recently. Could this have caused it?
Please help me log back in without losing my progress, gold, and boosters.

I have a laptop Windows 10. I'm trying to set up Candy Crush Saga but it takes me to a page that says: This page isn't available
The link may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Check to see if the link you're trying to open is correct."
I'm seeing that Candy Crush Saga is no longer available via King.com but it lists other platforms to play and Facebook is one of them. What am I doing wrong?

I play Candy Crush on my home computer and today during a game, it just disappeared. I can`t seem to get it back, not sure what happened. Hopefully I can continue to play on my computer, I do not own a cell phone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If it was a wrong password it would say as much. Unfortunately it seems that your app may be glitched, which means you may need to reinstall your app. BUT, especially since you shared a screenshot of your boosters, if you do this you will lose all of them...

Are you able to go to the Microsoft Store and download the app from there directly to your laptop? This is the best way to play :)

If you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted.
In this case, unfortunately, the app will have to be reinstalled. Keep in mind that by doing this, you will lose your boosters but not your game progress and gold bars.
NOTE: If you advanced 100 levels while the app was not connected to the game, you will return to the last level recorded by the server.

I'm sorry because your game app is corrupted and you need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels but your problem will be solved.

Looks like FB updated its layout but Candy Crush Saga has disappeared! All I have is Candy Crush Soda Saga...HELP!!!
