Did not receive items I won

This has happened to me a few times in the past month. In fact just this past hour I was awarded 1 hour of the rolling wheel, but I never saw it yet. This has happened to me with the Hammer and the fish before too. Most of it happens when I am awarded items while climbing. Very frustrating. Thank you for your help.

Sometimes rewards act up and are not actually delivered. However, I will point out that the Coconut Wheels you mentioned can actually be used in very few levels - most levels do not let you start with them.
