I have been playing Candy Crush on Facebook for years lately my extra lives disappear, and the game shows me how to access friend requests yet I haven't lost any progress in the game Help!

I play on my laptop log into Facebook it seems when I lose my extra lives it gives me a mini tutorial about adding friends this is getting frustrating!

@Darci_Strickland Are you saying that you're able to send and receive lives during regular game play, then when you come back to play again, you click on your mailbox icon and find that all accumulated extra lives are missing?

yes and it keeps telling me about a "new" way to receive friend requests It's been around a while

I would take screenshots of your lives and contact support asap. I can't imagine how frustrated you are!
