Why is there no explanation for this change?

I see alot of newbies on this community posting for the first time about this issue.

Only see mods post links, but not one person is making an effort explaining why this change has been made.

Cc is going downhill concerning gameplay and service

And apparently they don’t care? I contacted support. Then I got a email to rate the response I got. No one had responded!! No one knows what they’re doing. A brick and mortar version of Crush wouldn’t survive. Bad business practices and angry customers. I’m on level 11856 and have to sit and wait for lives. I won’t keep doing this. Giving them a bit more time to correct what they messed up.

Yes, totally agree. If they can't put the game back the way it ways a lot of players are going to leave the game. It isn't fun anymore.. Hope they will fix it.

I am not receiving any lives. Mine says 0/30. Usually I get at least 50+ lives a day from friends.

Still not receiving lives, mine says 0/50 and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. Maybe one or two occasionally getting through as opposed to maybe 20-30 a day

They have but by bit ruined this game for me. Not sure they can fix it

I uninstalled twice, doesn't work. Installed then restarted my tablet, so nothing will bring back lives..

For some reason, I don't receive any lives.... only requests for lives which I send out.... something wrong somewhere?

Two days ago, I stopped receiving lives from friends. It is super unfair to limit the number of lives that friends can send. Now I only receive requests to send more lives but none for me. It is weird since two days ago, I always had 100 + lives daily from friends. This is totally unfair. What are you going to do about it?
