Same thing happening to me , I’ve always received 30plus lives per day .. nothing from any of my friends . I am receiving request for lives so I am giving lives . I still also have my game crash when I’m in the middle of a game and no one can sort this out either. I’m on over 6000 player and feel my time is being wasted now .

Same here. I get lots of requests but no lives for at least 3 days. I also lost boosters around the same time and I thought I had over 50 diamonds that disappeared. Maybe I used them by mistake að it's ridiculously easy to do that.
Anyways It's probably time to say goodbye to this game. At level 11584 there are more and more levels that are impossible without 30 extra moves and boosters have become useless. The game encourages you to add strangers as friends to get lots of lives but then limit it to 30 and then you suddenly don't receive any lives at all. I feel cheated.

Let's try to fix it for you. The first thing we need to do is make sure that your device is running as smoothly as possible. Please try the following steps and let me know if they do not resolve the issue:
Close all apps and restart your device: on most devices, press the power button for about 30 seconds, or until your device restarts
Check and update your android version and the game app
Clear the game app cache and data: usually in Settings > Apps
Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free
