Got a few lives yesterday, but otherwise it's been several days not receiving them. Seems to have started after I finished the Seasons Pass, but I'm just guessing....

Hello @tramm6724 the introduction of a cap on the number of lives that a player can store seems to have stopped people from receiving any new lives. The issue is currently being investigated.

Everything you say, I’m exactly the same, been playing that long too.. I think I might actually get my life back if they don’t sort this out. I’m quite surprised they’ve messed up this bad though.

Not Receiving Lives Anymore & Then Limiting Them (if we ever do start getting them back) has cost me 1/2 the reward time I finally won from the Let's Climb Game. What's the use of playing.... I know people ate sending me lives & since I'm under your "30 lives limit" I should be receiving them. If you can't go back to the eay it was or fix the problem then I might as well delete this game. I can't imagine how many players you've already lost by now. I can't believe I'm the only one who feels this way ...Thanks For Literally Nothing !!!

It has been days now that the lives from friends has not been working. It's incredibly frustrating when you are stuck on a nightmare level...sigh

Hello my friend and welcome to the Community,
Frustrating it is and I am having the same issues in my game as well.....I myself have reported it to Players Support and they are working on it trying to get it fixed.....as many other players are having the same issues with their game....
This is something we here in the Community can not help you with as this is a in game feature and only King Games can handle this....my apology indeed as myself and many others around the world are waiting on King Games Support as they are working on this although I hope this helps you to understand it much better my friend 😉💯
