❌✉️ No Lives received/ inbox empty (fixed)

Had this problem months ago and its back again. My Candy Crush FRIENDS game is giving me an error messge AGAIN on both my mobile AND my desktop when trying to send or receive friends requests!! It reads:Sorry this feature isn't available right now. An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later.

Always seems to occur in the Friends saga. Haven't tried the other sagas yet. Hope this gets corrected soon and not weeks.😥

Anyway, they also told me that they have introduced a limit for lives (we all have seen it!! 🙄) in general, but that there is also a "day limit"... and, probably, I reached that limit. This is why I do not receive lives.

It is impossible, since I do not receive lives!!

Also told me something about notifications on Facebook (if we play Candy Crush also there)... like "Don't give permission to receive lives notifications on Facebook".... I've tried, but nothing. I've just had a look right now and I have 6 lives given from my friends... less than usual, but let's hope... 🙄🙄🙄

I deleted Candy Crush as I thought it was just a glitch and then reloaded, I went back to level 1! Lucky I had a kings account and it reloaded to the correct level (was over 3500) but I did lose all my saved and purchased candy.

Yesterday my wife (nick name "nath nanou" ) send me 20 lives and today five lives and I didn't receive anything , (my nickname : Thierry Iron Maiden)

Wenesday and thurday, she send me 50 lives and I have received them

But since friday I Receive nothing
