Thanks again @Colleen12 I am glad that someone is receiving lives. I don't know if mine works yet as I still have over 800 stored lives to use. Hopefully by the time I use them the issue will have been fixed.

Why am I not receiving gifts from any players is it me or everybody else is the same

I’m not getting any lives that my daughter is sending me and I used to get a lot of lives because I would request from my friends now I get none. So there is definitely a problem I wish they would fix it!!!
