Technical problems

    Hi Bunnycoat,

    I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.

    I'm still stuck at lever 1324. I've rebooted, etc. Nothing fixes the technical problem. The play button just sits there. I can't get past it. And, it's now over a month. I'm very upset with King for not fixing the problem by now. I'm tired of of getting automatic bot posts that do nothing to fix the problem. Thanks a lot for NOT fixing the problem.

    I'm sorry this is happening @betaman! Perhaps, you could try playing CC on a different platform! For example, to sync your game with king.com and continue your progress there! You just need to have a kingdom account for that. If you don't, check the following link:

    Hi I switched phones and have a kings account but every time I log in to my account it tells me invalid email and or password I know its rite so I came to the kings site and reset it and went back to the app and again invalid email or password. HELP im on leaveal 2036

    @ToyCar02 Hi and welcome,

    Have you tried the password reset button to see if resetting the password on your account works, if not you will need to contact customer support so they help with your issue. You may need to create a new account and get the levels manually restored
