I have to received auto response from King and not a real person, they should be a shamed of themselves, I'm sure there are many players who have spent hard earned money on this game as have I its disgusting how they can treat their players ,I won't be spending any more money on this and I'm afraid I will be deleting the game and will look for something else to help me chill out after a hard day ,

I'm not receiving the lives friends are sending me nor are they receiving the ones I'm sending.. Why the CAP??? Surely took the fun out of this game.

I can't play for long as I'm only getting 5 lives in my inbox a day. I am sending between 40-45 lives to friends and only getting 5 in my inbox when I first log in and then no more for 24 hours.
When can it be sorted, please? I play on a Microsoft Surface Pro through Facebook.

I face this issue since 2 weeks, I don't know why, I didn't receive lives any more, neither I didn't reach my limit of the day,
And kindly note that before I received a lot of lives
please solve this problem

Terrible decision by king and a smack in the face to loyal players. Also no info on the change except through these threads.

I am emailing player support everyday about this and spring climb.
I am sending at least 30 lives per day to friends
I received 2 yesterday more than I have received in the last 2 weeks
Spring climb is not giving me any boosters that I win either
Always get same automated reply check here for updates

I’m still only getting 10 lives a day while I’m giving over 30 day. It doesn’t seem fair . My inbox says I have room for 100 lives . I don’t understand what’s happening…

I have received a few robo messages indicating you are now limited of sharing and receiving life's with a pic of a stuffed mailbox from Crush. The one they sent yesterday after repeatedly calling them out for not being transparent. Now they just flat out lie!!! The message read you will now receive 10 from friends per day and 100 in total inbox. That's a freaking lie. My inbox is still capped at 50 and I've only maybe get 2 lives per day on a good day since 2.5 weeks ago.
Greed will get you caught King. You are losing valuable gaming time over money, moves, and boosters you want people to be forced to buy.
I don't know if it's a part of the algorithm too, but seems like if I buy more moves, then all of my stages seem to run out, if I had 1 more move then I know I could beat the stage. So I keep getting baited to buy more moves! Does thos happen to anyone else?
