As the title says the game crashed while I was competing for gold bars in a challenge. I used several items and power ups in order to ensure I’d win. Now it counts the game crashing as a loss. How do I get my items and power ups back as well as my progress in the challenge?
The same has happened to me on quite a few occasions & the boosters that I had earned because I had cleared many levels on the 1st try were lost every time. It acts like I didn’t clear my level which is a bunch of bull. U would think when your app crashes in middle of the game that you would give the player credit for the boosters earned & credit for the life it took. It’s not like I don’t spend money on your app because I do, but, when this kind of thing keeps occurring, I can assure u I won’t spend another dime!!! It’s wrong!!!! And I know that you r going say make sure u have enough memory available & to make sure u close all other apps while playing, well, I can assure u I have plenty memory & I don’t have lot apps open while I’m playing.

I have complained about this issue to support before - and suggested that crashes should not be logged as losses - and received such a lacklustre response. I was particularly angry since it crashed right when I successfully completed the last game of a Candy Royale. I'd spent a fair amount of cash accumulating my streak & boosters used, yet they weren't willing to compensate me for anything more than 10 bars. They also stated, "We're not aware of any repeating or general glitches causing the loss of streaks". Yeah, righto. I've been very careful and selective about spending $ in-game since then.
