Totally agree with you, it's supposed to be fun after all but being unable to progress and play the same darned level for days is not my idea of fun !!

On the other hand for some reason they gave me unlimited lives to play the same level over and over again.. not quite grasping the concept of this test of theirs

Honestly, it is NOT a test. This feature has been there like forever so why remove it if not to make money? I just think someone has overlooked the fact that many levels from 12000 and up are absolutely impossible to solve without extra moves. So now the game is only for those willing and able to pay.

same for me . I’m stuck in the same level all day long and didn’t get any extra moves
they are changing a lot of things in a bad way
I play candy since many years and I think I’m ready to give it up . It’s clear that they are pushing players to buy …but even buying gold bars you re still unable to pass the level . it’s not a pleasure anymore , it’s just frustrating

Level 12193 and my extra moves are still gone. Frustrated.

Very true. Think it's time to retire the game. I'm on level 12193 and I'm not paying a dime to pay. So ridiculous to take this feature away.

I think more and more people will delete the game. If you can’t win at a level, all that happens is you get frustrated and who needs that?! What a stupid marketing move on their part! This will backfire on them big time! 🤑

Been stuck on this level for days now and no extra moves other than the 5. Of all the things that have changed about the game (piggy bank holding only 30 bars for 50p less cash, losing all your win streak after losing one game not just dropping back one, putting prices up for full scrolls after you have bought a few - I had one at £6.99 once!!) this has annoyed me the most. Not spending another penny on the game.
edit : I already had 15 extra moves which disappeared when I did the update
