Hi @stevenheylek2237 - I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. What device are you playing on (make/model). If playing via WiFi some of the games are very sensitive to any drop in signal, no matter how brief and so you may find yourself temporarily offline.
Have you tried the standard trouble shooting?
make sure you have the latest version of the game
clear your cache
turn you device off for 10-15 seconds and then see if you are able to get back online.
You also might check your WiFi connection to ensure you are getting a strong and steady signal.
I have both FB and a King account but primarily play via the King account.
