What happened to the extra moves when you click on give up?
Have been able to get them up until game 6203 and with only 23 moves this level definitely needs xtra moves

I wish I knew Carol. Of all the changes made by King this is the one that really makes no sense at all to me. The only result that I can see for this test is loads of complaints from frustrated players.
If King are reducing the amount of lives and not giving extra moves what is the point of playing.
That is something I have said already Carol the double whammy of reduced lives and now no extra moves will surely see players leaving en masse.
I can't imagine that even those who can afford to pay or others who struggle to pay would be happy with this.
That is my guess as to what this test is all about. The only thing that King can be testing by removing the extra moves is to see how many buy moves, or how many stop playing. Nothing else makes sense.
Alternatively this could be their answer to the life limit. The change to the life limit has seriously upset people that buy things for their games and I don't think King saw this coming. I think that by removing or changing the frequency of the extra moves and giving people back the ability to send and receive lives they hope to get those people buying again.

Hi Foxy seeing as last time this happened to you the issue fixed itself all I can suggest is that you stop playing other than to collect the Booster Wheel booster and check that the extra moves feature is back in your game. Obviously you will have to play a level once to check for the extra moves, but I would suggest just play the once and save your boosters & lives until the feature is working again.
I am getting the extra moves but really.. if you are on level 12000+ does anyone even remember passing a level without the extra moves?? We should not have to spend $20 + a week to pass levels. They ALL shouldn't need extra moves. Levels should be passable without them. After 12000 they are not and that's wrong.
I still have my extra moves as of last night, I play on an iphone. If they take the extra moves, I will be uninstalling. Last time they took the extra moves, I stopped playing, period. I refuse to use 10-40 gold bars per level just to pass. I’m on level 3,000++

I am not getting extra moves no matter how many times I try. I’m on 12517. A nightmarishly hard level. What happened? Totally confusing and maddening!
Mine have gone again. And just as I gave in and bought gold bars. Yeah, that'd be right!!
@teenybee Yes, it's the second level of the new episode, 12637. Tested on different platforms - nothing. It remains at 5 extra moves for 10gb no matter how many times played. I am going to lose my Episode race streak because of this... (oh, thank God we got that back 🙄)
Oh good grief. We’ll probably all lose them again then, and as you say, forget trying to pass levels above 12k without them.
Is this happening from the start of a new episode by any chance? I think that’s what happened last time. The level I just got them on was 12628.
At least 30 attempts for one level and no extra moves. Different devices, same story. That is extremely frustrating!
It is absolutely impossible to pass levels without extra moves in the upper 12k levels. @Crazy Cat Lad, can we open up the 'ticket' for this again?
No, @olyamt, I still have it, at least for now.
After many attempts at a hard level last week I left it aside until just now, so I can’t be sure how many failed attempts I had before the extra moves were offered, but they were.
I’ll keep count the next time I get stuck….which will probably be on the next level 🙄
As of today, Monday 10/10, the ability to get extra moves after repeatedly playing a level are GONE AGAIN. At least for me. Anyone else?

Thank you. I was wondering if there would be an update first on the app but now I know if I just keep playing the game, all of a sudden the extra moves will appear.
I knew just by continuing to play the same level I had been stuck on for days. Finally the extra moves appeared. Then I went to the app updates just to check and saw that my version had gotten a new update.
I still don’t have extra moves. How do you know when it’s back???????

I play on an Android tablet and my extra moves reappeared yesterday (7th Aug)
I play in android and win10 microsoft app in computer. In android extra moves are back .
In win10 app only 5 extra moves for 10 GB.
It seems the issue is fixed for android users. I am getting 35 extra moves now, since last 2-3 days.
Still no fix for IPad. Still don’t see an update on app either

Good to hear this as I also play on iPad, but I can’t check it out yet because of another glitch that’s appeared in the last week.
Every time I open the game, the level I’m on is marked ‘First attempt’, no matter how often I’ve played it before.
I thought maybe this banner was popping up randomly but didn’t mean anything, until I actually passed a level the first time I tried it after reopening the game (but far from my first attempt at that level). I got the 25 points for passing the level, plus the 20 for passing it ‘at the first attempt’.
So the only way I can rack up 15 or whatever failed attempts to see if the extra moves are back, is to play a level over and over without quitting the game,or else just leave the game open all the time.
Is anybody else having this issue?
I play on my iPad and it’s still not fixed.
I did just check and I got an update 11 hours ago. Now I have the extra moves. Maybe you could check your update version?

The ‘first attempt’ problem I posted about an hour or so ago seems to be fixed too.
It’s gone for me too, probably since last week. When you have multiple people reporting the same thing, you might want to have a better answer than it might just be you. It’s not.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
