Oh no you are NOT the only one mad!!! That BS and I even e-mailed them and they said it was for the health of the game!! What does THAT even mean!!! I think iyt is so if you REALLY like playing if they let you have so few lives you will BUY more and they make more money! I am suer mad about this too!

I’m on level 6859, so I’m a long time player who has spent lots of money on this game over the years. This newest update that limits lives is infuriating, and it does not take into account how your users play the game. Certain days I have more time to play than others, so I have never understood the limitations on lives. 5 lives do not last long … I can easily waste 15 or 20 lives just trying to pass one of the “easy” levels let alone all of the lives it can take to pass a “nightmarishly hard level”. Gifts of lives from other users help to alleviate the 5 lives limitation, however now you are limiting the gifts. When I pick up the game to play, I don’t EVER play for 5 minutes and then wait a couple hours to come back and play for 5 more minutes. When I pick up the game to play, I’m willing to sit down for a half hour or an hour or more … usually while watching TV or doing some other task that doesn’t require my full attention. By limiting our lives and limiting our gifts of lives, you are simply discouraging us from playing more of the game which should be the EXACT OPPOSITE of what you should be trying to accomplish. Just like with purchasing boosts … who in their right mind would purchase boosts for an hour, if we are just going to run out of lives to use those boosts in 10 minutes?? You folks already rip us off on the boosts … when I spend money to buy an hour’s worth of boosts, then I should receive the FULL HOUR of boosts that DOES NOT continue to count down during the minutes that I am NOT PLAYING the game. This game was a rip off of money to begin with, and you folks keep getting greedier and greedier and making things worse. I’ve spent thousands over the years on various boosts and lives and tokens, but now I’m about ready to delete the game and tell you all to shove it. #RipOff

I'm on level 5730 and spent loads on this game over the years but now I think I'll be on this level like forever as 20 lives a day just isn't enough. I will not spend a penny on extra moves and bonuses etc. I have noticed that there are more popups now to encourage us to spend but not a chance I will until I am allowed all my lives again. King has made such a huge mistake on not letting us have our lives and must of lost money and players.
Well I've used my 20 lives for today so I'm off to play my other games ive started which are much fairer to play.

Hi. Thanks for your feedback. However, I want to inform you that my objective is absolutely not to accumulate lives, but to be able using them as much as I can during the day, so that I can continue playing. Now, with the new rule that limits the use to 15 lives per day, I have to stop playing quite quickly. Not only it is frustrating, but it does not encourage me to play again. FYI, I play since many many years and has already spent a fortune buying gold bars. I perfectlyunderstand that you limit the number of lives to be received from friends (now 200), but it is stupid to limit the number of lives that we can use the same day.
