Can someone please explain to me why I can't buy boosters,moves and lives?

Hello Chelsea I am not sure I can help you to be honest. This forum is for Candy Crush issues and your issue is a software issue with your phone.
To get Google Play onto your phone is quite difficult I believe as it involves you having to use an APK file.
Here is some information on the subject. See what you think. If you live in China I don't think even this will work.

Hi @MelodyR0410 unfortunately I don't think there is a fix for your issue as I think your problem seems to be the reemergence of an old issue.
You can try deleting your app, restarting your device and reinstalling your app. If you do this though you will lose all of your boosters and unused lives if you play on a mobile.Sorry, just noticed you have tried that already.
@Crazy Cat Lad similar to the Weekly Contest and adverts crashing the game how many posts does it need before you realise an issue you say has been fixed hasn't?
