After claiming candy cup reward my phone vibrates while playing on top of unable to see ingredients

Yes there was an error with that level during last night (EU time). It should now be solved! As for the vibrating issue, I would please advice you to contact player support as they might be able to help. You can reach them by pressing the ? in the game menu 🤗

That is a shame Kerrie, a game shouldn't be able to vibrate your phone if you haven't allowed it to.
Have you checked your game settings? What device do you play on? It is a strange issue if only one person is suffering. If King/Candy Cup has created an issue that caused people's devices to vibrate I would expect a lot of complaints to be generated.

It's a short bzzz but why not all of my accounts? I play on Android a Motorola 7g power. I didn't change anything on my phone.
I got up checked my emails and signed into the one I was first in. Claimed reward and started playing and that's when it started.
I'll try player support now. Thanks for trying help!😊

I looked under the question mark in game menu and it leads me back here where I posted it in first place. Do I need to post a question again or did I overlook something? Do I scroll to the bottom to contact us that's on every page? I'm sorry guess I'm confused on where to go.🤷

@Kerrie my phone also started vibrating strangely today. I've never had that before. Although I always play with the sounds off and hadn't changed anything in the settings, I had a very uncomfortable feeling while playing. I then went to the settings in the game and discovered this icon. You'll only see it if you've opened a level, in Settings. Please check your game to see if that's the case. I think it was added only recently. When I checked the icon, the "vibrate" function was deactivated. Now it's the same for me as before.
