Like other players I cannot access the app store. I'm playing on a Amazon Fire tablet.

I have done everything from clearing data/cache, reinstalling and I bought a brand new fire tablet and the APP STILL will not connect to the app store. I have lost money with this issue due to the re-installation of the app which list hundreds of lives and boosters. What is the issue?

Didn't buy a new tablet but also did all of the above and the app is not acting correctly. Can't connect to the Candy Crush store and I lost all my boosters after reinstalling.

Me too. Same exact problem here. And when I report this to customer service rep, they tell me its my tablet and not the game. This has been going on for months and months and months. I lost games, money boosters...and now I cant even play the party boosters event properly because I cant buy boosters! I am sooooooooo mad!!!
