Previously, I used to get opportunities and help by watching videos and ads, now those ads and videos don't come
Now we are in the year 2025 and video ads are still not showing up for me since 2023 and I share the opinion of colleagues. I think it ended after I made a purchase on the app.@kiara_wael
I had the ads for years as far as I can remember and now they have disappeared. I didn't purchase anything. Now I am bored to death with a few lives a day and won't be buying anything in the middle of a cost of living crisis.
Presumably my ad watching made King some money. Now I won't be playing any more so that's that.
Sorry that you have lost this feature. Rumor has it that once it goes away, it does not come back!
@Sukanta_Biswas you are wrong to insist that buying booster packages does not result in players losing their advert features.
It is happened far too many times for it to be the result of anything else.

First of all, you are wrong to think that you have lost the ad video feature because of your purchase😊Each feature of the game is controlled by the test group and therefore there is no guarantee that the feature will always be available. Test features are always rolling out so you'll get them back in the future, but right now it's not possible to say exactly when you'll get them back.
Please keep the game app always updated and keep playing the game😊

I’ve found that if you have bought anything using real money, the videos stop. It’s not because they are testing anything, it’s because they want your money.

Thank you for the feedback .The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I recently downloaded my Candy crush Saga after about 5months and I am seriously dissatisfied with the ads. They don't work anymore for freebies and it's just taking my time and data. Please help

FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve. If you play perfectly, and someone helped you out giving you 3 extra lives, you are still one short of being able to win. I've paid for gold bars before to help me pass hard levels, but I refuse to…
