I am also having trouble with being skipped ahead, would you be able to reset my game also my ID is 6354388380. I will delete the app until I get a response. I was on level 3076

I am having the same issue, of levels skipping ahead to the next episode, when I reenter the game. I uninstalled and reinstall the game as well as cleared the cashe and data, lost all my gold bars and boosters in the process (grrrrr) and nothing helps. My user is is 13848394112. Thanks.

Hello, and sorry to hear you have issues with the game!
This is not an issue that I am familiar with, and I would like to understand it better so we can report this to the studio. How many levels has your game skipped ahead, and what happens when you try to play your current level?
If the issue persists, can you send us a screenshot of the game map showing your last level played?
As for lost boosters and Gold bars after reinstalling the game app, please contact Player Support from your game as instructed here so they can compensate you, as we do not handle refunds or compensation.
