Why won't Candy Crush soda allow me to accept lives sent to me?

I have the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won’t work. I have logged out and back in and no results.

I can accept lives on tablet, but not on PC. Until I tried tablet, I didn't even realize friends were sending me lives. Please fix this glitch.0
