Yes, my level on mobile and I pad is 31 saga 1011 soda should be last time played 1642 saga 1166 soda so you will see there is no way I want to go back. I am on Facebook don’t compete. Do you mean I should delete games on my mobile as I really always play on iPad. Hope you can sort this out for me. By the way my image is black cat initials JH.

Cezdiamond thank you so much.Wonderful, I phone is perfectly sorted out, unfortunately I pad is not the same. How can I get the same levels on I pad as I normally play on that having got the new pro. Sorry to land another query on you, you have all been great, give you all gold stars.

Ok June we've tried all that we could do so I'm not elevating it back to Cez. I don't know where you live but I am on the east coast USA. She is in Spain and they are 6 hours ahead of us so she's probably gone for the day. Hopefully she responds to you with how to finally correct this when she comes in first thing in the morning. I will check back with her to see if she has responded to you.

Elsa, An update on this sad ongoing problem.Have followed your instructions about taking history out, what I have now is the following:: I phone saga 1167. Soda 1005

I Pad saga 1167 soda 1011

saved should have been 1642 saga

1166 soda

Changed soda is because I played a game.

Oops Elsa have just discovered the level I was excited about was put on saga should be soda, the level for saga was1642. So sorry I did not notice before I was so excited

Thanks so much Elsa but have tried your method of logging out and back in.cannot get on Facebook when I go into soda, When I try to long out on old image tells me game saved it message says log out don’t log out. You have been wonderful I am stuck. Hopefully speak tomorrow with more advice.

Well then we are half way there right? Did you try to clear the history yet on your iPad? If not, then do it now. Then log out of Facebook and log back in. That should bring you back to your current level since Facebook saved your progress. If it's still not there then check your Apple updates because Facebook had an update yesterday so make sure that it has been updated. If still not working, then uninstall the Facebook app and then reinstall it. Just please do NOT uninstall the game because if you do you are going to lose all the free boosters that you have. Any boosters given to you through your devices remain in your devices they can never be synced from one to another. Let me know if any of these steps get it working for you.

Elsa you have done it I have got my level back on saga on my mobile but not my iPad any ideas how to do this. I am so grateful to you now I wait in anticipation for saga to be restored You have made my day''' I tried settings in the game but it wouldn’t accept my password so changed this but it was the same one.

Hi June, since Cezdiamond is not online during the weekend I will try to see if I can help you. I'm not really clear about your description above. Are you saying that you should be at a certain level but instead you are at a different level? You don't mention whether you are playing the game through Facebook because Facebook saves your progress so it's really important to play the game through that method. Please provide me with more details. You are also mentioning Saga and Soda so I assume that whatever the issue is seems to be happening in both games correct? Are you clearing the history on your mobile device? Please provide me with more information and I will try to help you resolve this.
