Unfortunately the ingame banner is disabled. The feature was instable and didn't work properly. The Community is working to get it back. For the meantime we have to be patients. This topic is were we vote to try to get it back ➡️ https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/389476/give-your-feedback-about-milestone-banner-here#latest (press the green sentence)

In the meantime you are able to collect badges, to getter point and therefor GB/boosters in game (check the general forum / "get started")
