⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

King did it on purpose. I found other games. Bookworm is kinda fun and more challenging. I'm not even checking anymore to see if King puts the game back to the way it was. They've lost me at least. Hopefully, a lot more, too.

Totally agree the new layout is not user friendly for older eyes! I prefer using my iPad in landscape, therefore everything is too small to see comfortably.
plus I liked being able to see the entire map of levels/episodes, the new way really doesn’t show your progress.

You may think this will work to put it to horizontal. It doesn't help to make everything smaller. I don't think anyone complained about the layout before...other complaints yes, but I never saw anything like this and I have been around for years.

I agree! I hate the portrait version…I will stop playing until it’s fixed! We should have a choice 😖

I've played this game for years on my iPad. I've spent a lot of time and money to get to level 12997. All of a sudden I get a message this afternoon that the game now only works in portrait mode. Absolutely unacceptable. Please someone at King provide a solution or I'm done.

I wrote to them immediately after this happened. Furious. I’m just a few levels above you and couldn’t agree more!

I just posted a similar comment. I reuse to play on my iPad with the screen so small. Don't understand who at King thought this was a good idea.

I agree the screen is too small to play, I will check back every now and then to see if they fix it, otherwise I won't be playing anymore.

I can't see the new layout, I have eyesight problems so I can't play anymore. How can I get the old layout back?

I know I'm new here, but I've been playing for years. I'm on level 4171 and I'm pretty much going to stop playing with this new layout. Please change it back or you may lose a lot of regular players.
