The level 7940 on my phone is totally different than all help websites and I do not see anything matching my level 7940. Could my phone have an older version that hasn't been updated yet? Any other possibilities? Thank you

Discord is a text and video chat program for gamers. It sort of replaced TeamSpeak and Skype.
And Reddit is kind of a social media where people can discuss all sorts of topics, including games. There's a dedicated page about Candy Crush as well. Anyhow, there's a chat/private message feature.
