I completed the candy royale at level 12218 with two other players and I never received my 167 gold bars. Please help?

If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
I just won at candy royale and did not receive any of the gold bars. Can anyone help?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
