Thank you for the feedback. Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device.

Is there any way to reach support? These so- called moderators are giving generalized answers and its utterly ridiculous. No way in hell you're going to tell me I lost ALL of my saved lives because of an update to my phone or simply because I restarted my phone. Seriously, someone point me in the right direction to SUPPORT.

I hear you, buddy. You can write to Support through their website (Contact Us button at the bottom of this very page) or from inside the game app (settings - question mark button - open any topic - scroll down and tap Contact us).
There's an ongoing issue with the browser version where stored lives keep resetting.
