Please resume my progress to Level 707

Question

I did all the steps suggested on King's Care email and also checked the postings of other members in this community.

I was originally playing Candy Crush Saga (up to level 707) without a King account in my Android phone and when I accidentally trigger the Facebook login, I lost all my progress.  Based on the recommendations I saw, I need King's customer support to resume my progress back to level 707.  Can someone from the Customer Support please respond to this request for action?

Sadly, we cannot restore
progress in the community due to data protection issues.  Please follow the

If the troubleshooting doesn’t work,
then I am going to ask you to please complete a contact form and they can
manually add it back for you.  But first

Hi Elsa, I am still having this issue and am still waiting for King Care Customer Support to resume my game back to level 707.  It has been more than 3 weeks and no action has been done to my request.  Hope to receive a speedy response to this follow-up request.
