For the past 2 days the Daily treat machine is not coming up on my ios device. It's still working on android. Is anybody working on getting this fixed?

Ok, I figured it out. If you only go on to collect your daily treat and not play a game, they punish you by taking away the daily treat machine, lol, crazy.
None of these steps work and this feature is available and working on my android device. Strange that it's not working on ios device.

After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return

My music event isn't showing up anymore. There's still 14 hours left and I've almost completed it. I need help please
what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
