I hear you and believe its prob a bug! One topic title I was reading that is vaguely helpful is that there IS a glitch that us UNINTENTIONALLY makin certain leves harder than they should be. I'll try find it and link it for you. These discussions are such a maze tho. But if you can click on the support discussion look thru the topics.
