I was winning prizes in both the colour bomb & beads events then all events disappeared from my app before I received them. I contacted yourselves for support twice and just got an automated reply about FAQ pages. Then I lost all my boosters and also lost my win streak bonuses at this point!! I played levels and eventually got them back (levels seem to be designed almost impossible to win without your bonuses or boosters) but I had to use almost all of gold bars I'd collected to get a few boosters back. Now I have barely any gold bars or boosters and can't win any streaks or events I was previously winning. It's completely unfair and ruining the fun of playing the game when you don't give people the prizes they work for then take away the ones they'd already collected!
I really want to uninstall this app unless someone from your team can compensate me what I was owed and have lost. Please do not direct me to another useless automated reply!!!
Hello @Srzee84 I doubt anyone can answer your questions factually as there just seems to be too much wrong with the game lately.
Quite a few people have complained about all of their Events being removed and the answer seems to be if you play a level then all of your events come back, barring any that have finished.
Whilst playing a level might get your events to return no one has bothered to explain why they are disappearing for so many people.
The strange thing is all of your events going missing is what happens when you sign out of your game and then sign back in.
If you haven't had to sign into your game then it would point to issues with King's servers. They seem reluctant to admit any fault at the moment.
Losing all of your boosters is what happens when you reinstall the app. Again if you haven't deleted your app, or updated your phones software something must be going at at King.
Will you not be compensated for your lost items unless you used real money to purchase any of them.
Lastly when you contact Support you receive an automated response. You have to reply to that automated response to get any actual help.
