Winter Event Top Climber Prize cannot be claimed

Who among you is having an issue of unclaimed prize in the Winter Event blue candy collection.
I made it to the top but the top climber button in the event is not functioning. Its not a network issue.
Hope this is not another glitch that cant be fixed.
@QueenB hoping for your kind attention on this matter.
My friend @Diamond_Lim can you help me please in asking otherβs opinion on this.

I am quite certain that I am the top climber in my group.
When I login to claim the prize, it wasn't responding.
I clicked on the MAP and then back to the EVENTS tab. Top Climber icon just disappeared.

I even played a level with blue candies to check if its a network issue. Still its not responding.
And I am sure I am on top too about 20thousand ahead from the next player.

I can confirm that the Top Climber event ended yesterday and you should have received your rewards today.
If you happen to play on more than one device, make sure you open the game on the device you wish to have the rewards on.
Apologies for the trouble and hope you receive your rewards soon in you game π

As mentioned, the event did end yesterday and according to our system, your rewards got paid out today and should be available the next time you open your game on Facebook platform.

3 hours left this week and Top Climber disappears, play a game and it reappears in one of the 2 forms below. This glitch was pointed out weeks ago !! Will it disappear again when I go to collect my prize in 3 hours ???
