Hi, I’m new to the community so apologies for this first question. I got an email congratulating me on my new level 6,500 with a badge but my profile is not updating. My profile is stuck with the 5,000 badge. What do I do?

To get your banner updated, please reply the levels 6.000.
and please make sure you have the latest game app version installed

The banner feature was just updated. To get the correct banner, replay the previous milestone and it will update. So in your case; replay and win level 6000. Then the banner will change to 6000.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
